An unclaimed broken car was found in Ludhiana on Saturday. Assistant Sub-inspector of Jagatpuri police station Dalbarg Singh said no one has come forward to claim the car. The whole country is on high alert due to the recent terror attacks and the upcoming Republic Day.
Few suspects were seen near the army cantonment area in Dholewal On Saturday evening, due to which the Ludhiana police officials issued high alert in the region. As a result, search operation was conducted in the area. Assistant Commissioner of Police, Ravinder Singh Cheema on Saturday said that ahead of the Republic day celebration, routine search operation is going on. He also said that he cannot disclose exactly about the operation right now.
